Triplate® is a vacuum-welded transition joint, a high-grade material for connecting aluminum to steel. Triplate® is the solution for your aluminum on steel connection. Triplate® consists of 3 layers of metals; steel as base, pure aluminum as an intermediate layer and a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy as a top layer. These three layers are homogeneously connected through an explosion in a vacuum space. On request, the variant with stainless steel can also be offered.

Teekay® Couplings
With Teekay® Couplings, pipes can be connected quickly and easily without using more labor-intensive connection techniques such as welding. You can shorten tubes regardless of the type of material on the spot and connect very easily. This way you save space, weight, time and money for each installation.
Cunifer
Cunifer is an alloy of copper (Cu), nickel (Ni) and iron (Fe). Cunifer is corrosion and seawater resistant. The most widely used ratio between copper and nickel is CuNi 90/10. Cunifer is often used in the maritime sector for piping systems, heat exchangers, appendages, cooling water systems and extinguishing systems.
Fiberdur®
The marine environment is by its nature very corrosive. Fibermarine is made of glass fiber reinforced epoxy or vinylester, so does not corrode and therefore a good alternative to Cunifer, Steel and Stainless Steel. In addition, it is light and almost maintenance free. For shipbuilding Fiberdur® offers two product lines: Fibermarine, designed for full vacuum and Fibermarine Highline designed for full vacuum (folding resistance) plus 30 meter water column (3:1 safety).
Safra® welding wire
The Italian brand Safra is known for its high-quality aluminium products. Its superior quality welding wire is precisely wound, double diamond shaved for optimum feedability and available in a variety of alloys. Welding wire is applicable in a large number of industries, including the chemical, food, construction and maritime industry.

A pressfitting is a joint between pipes with fittings. Pressing permanently forms the fitting on the pipe thus leading to a perfect mechanical joint. Pressing fittings provide a high quality joint, are easily reproduced and require minimum physical effort.
Inoxpres® fittings can be supplied with a diameter of 15 to 168 mm, where competitors only supply up to 108 mm. Inoxpres® AISI316L with material number 1.4404, has a low carbon content to limit the susceptibility to corrosion. Fittings in 316L stainless steel can be fitted to a wide range of pipes, from 15 to 168mm diameter.
Marinepres® is supplied with a diameter of 15 to 108 mm. Cunifer is one of the most resistant and best performing solutions in saline environments. At the end of production, a green FKM O-ring with a patented profile is immediately mounted in each fitting. Green FKM O-rings can be used between -20 and +220°C, maximum pressure 16bar. Marinepres® fittings are the best choice when the intrinsic anti-corrosion properties of the material are required.
90% of the Inoxpres® and Marinepres® fittings are produced seamlessly. Both are 100% compatible with M-profile tools and pressing machines. Not just the fittings, but the systems are certified by Lloyd’s Register, ABS, Bureau Veritas, DN-GL, RINA and CCS and more! All fittings are also marked with work numbers, making all products traceable.

Teekay® Axiflex Type I EPDM
Teekay Axiflex

The Teekay Axiflex joins pipes that are already anchored. In this instance the pipeline forces do not have to be contained by the couplings. Therefore diameters up to 4 metres are possible with this design. The coupling can be placed over the pipe ends or supplied in a wrap – around version.
Each coupling (whether Axilock or Axiflex) consists of a casing, a gasket and a lockpart. The purpose of the casing is to house the gasket and to press it onto the pipe surface when the lockpart is closed. The lockpart is designed to pull the two ends of the casing together circumferentially around the pipe. In order to achieve this, the coupling is labelled clearly with a torque figure which ensures that the gasket is compressed sufficiently against the pipe surface.
The Axiflex has two thick sealing lips which allow for pipe expansion and contraction. The sealing lips press against the pipe surface and form lip seals. The lip seals are designed to resist the internal pressure in the pipes. As the pressure increases, the lip seals swell to seal more tightly against the pipe surface.
